Qlevo is a customer retention analytics platform. You upload customer transaction data and Qlevo generates retention intelligence — including cohort analysis, revenue risk signals, and recommended actions. Qlevo does not process payments, store personal identifiable information (PII), or contact your customers.
When you provide data to Qlevo (via CSV upload or a connected platform such as Klaviyo) using the hosted version at qlevo.io, you consent to Qlevo processing that data solely to generate your analysis. The uploaded raw file is deleted after processing. Personal data such as email addresses and phone numbers is automatically removed or irreversibly pseudonymised before analysis; only anonymised, aggregated results are retained.
Anonymised analysis results are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, after which they are permanently deleted. Where the audience-export or Klaviyo push features are used, the customer emails required are held in encrypted form for a maximum of 24 hours and then deleted.
By using the Service, you agree that we may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service as described in our Privacy Policy, including for benchmarking and product-improvement purposes.
By uploading data to Qlevo, you confirm that:
Access to Qlevo is granted via a license key tied to your account. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Qlevo reserves the right to suspend or revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.
Qlevo's analysis is generated from the data you provide using statistical models and heuristics. Results are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Qlevo makes no guarantee that any analysis, recommendation, or revenue estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific business decision. You use the platform and act on its outputs at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlevo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any analysis output. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the three months preceding the claim.
All analysis outputs generated by Qlevo belong to you. The Qlevo platform, software, models, and branding remain the exclusive property of Qlevo. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform or its underlying technology.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application interface and by email to the registered license holder. Continued use of Qlevo after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Qlevo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at info@qlevo.io.
