Qlevo processes customer transaction data you provide (via CSV file upload or a connected platform such as Klaviyo) — typically customer identifiers, order dates, and order values. Qlevo does not require personal contact details such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers to produce your analysis.
Before analysis, Qlevo automatically detects and removes common personal data — such as email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses — based on both column names and column contents. In addition, Qlevo keeps only the columns required to compute your analysis and discards all other columns. Where a customer identifier is itself a personal detail (for example, an email used as the customer key), it is irreversibly pseudonymised (hashed) before analysis, so your dashboard and results never display raw personal identifiers.

If you renew (or a new subscription is started for the same company) within the 90-day window, your analysis history remains available without interruption.
Access to Qlevo is controlled by your license key. Anyone holding the license key can access the platform and its results. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential.
For the hosted version, Qlevo's infrastructure processes your data solely to return your analysis. Raw transaction data and customer contact details are never accessed by Qlevo staff and are deleted automatically as described above.
Qlevo is designed with data-minimisation and privacy-by-design principles. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of Qlevo complies with all data-protection and privacy laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
You may request deletion of your stored analysis results at any time by contacting info@qlevo.io. Audience-export email data is deleted automatically within 24 hours, and you may also trigger its deletion earlier from within the application.
We may create aggregate or anonymized statistics from your use of the Service — for example, typical retention or churn patterns within your industry. This aggregate data does not identify you or any individual customer and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you or your customers. We may use this aggregate data to improve the Service, to develop new features such as industry benchmarking, and for general business and market research. We do not sell your raw customer data. No aggregate benchmark is calculated or shown unless it draws on a large enough number of businesses that no single business's data can be inferred from it. If you do not want your anonymized data included in aggregate benchmarks, contact us at info@qlevo.io and we will exclude it.
Material changes will be communicated via the application interface and by email to the registered license holder.
When you contact us, book a demo, or join our waitlist at qlevo.io, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, work email, company name, and optionally your phone number) through our website form. This is separate from the customer transaction data processed by the Qlevo product, described above.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your interest in Qlevo, and — where you opt in — send you marketing communications and show you relevant ads on third-party platforms such as Meta or Google, including by uploading a securely hashed version of your email to those platforms for audience matching.
We do not sell your information to third parties. This form is hosted by Netlify, our website provider, which stores submissions on our behalf.
You can opt out of marketing communications and ad targeting at any time — using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@qlevo.io. We retain this information for as long as needed for these purposes or until you ask us to delete it.
